Delivery
PBC strives to ensure that the products you order will arrive in good working condition. To receive a refund or replacement, you must (a) call an PBC customer service representative at 770-449-4687 immediately upon receipt of any PBC product and (b) return, at your expense, such products within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery in accordance with the customer service representative's instructions.
